Concurrent focus: senior partnerships and overall supervision. Signs organizational instruments and sets direction for crisis response priorities.

Treasurer / Financial Officer

Oversees budget allocations, fiscal transparency, Form 990 readiness, and ensures 88%+ of all donated funds go directly to active community outreach programs. Concurrent role: compliance and Form 990 oversight, tracking receipts, disbursements, and asset clarity.

Christopher D. Okafor

Secretary & Operations Lead

Maintains corporate records, regulatory filings, conflict of interest disclosures, and oversees digital operations infrastructure to maintain organizational integrity. Concurrent role: administrative and legal governance, meeting minutes, and website systems.

Program & Outreach Director

Directs frontline program execution, beneficiary intake workflows, volunteer coordination, and strategic alliances with local community partners. Concurrent role: field operations, social communications, and hands-on charity project design.

Conflict of Interest Policy

Officers disclose related-party interests annually. Interested directors recuse from votes that affect their financial or familial interests. Disclosures are retained with corporate records by the Secretary.

Whistleblower Protections

Staff, volunteers, and partners may report suspected misuse of funds or unsafe practices without retaliation. Reports may be sent to admin@immaculatecharityinc.org for board review.

Independent Audit Commitments

As activity grows, the board commits to independent financial review appropriate to our filing tier, alongside public Form 990 / 990-N inspection rights under IRC Section 6104.
